A busy year

So, the last 18 or so months have been rather hectic. The two main events were getting married (yay!) and moving to London.

I'll try and fill in the photography gaps here over the coming months, but here are a few shots from our travels around London since our arrival....

Chilly Hull

So, we're in the middle of summer - and what better time than that to post some photos from a trip to the coast during the middle of winter.

Barbara had some training booked between Hull and the coast so I took the opportunity to visit the area on a brisk February day.  Still, it was being than being in Hull.

Bluebell woods

So admittedly, it's been over a month since we went on a walk through the bluebell woods near Meldon Reservoir.  Still, I think it's worth sharing....

A trip to London

So it appears I've fallen to that most common of online complaints.....bloggers droop.  looking back, my last post was in January, a shocking state of affairs.  To make up for this I thought I would post a few photos from our recent trip to London.

We'd been due to travel to Folkestone to see friends, but due to a couple of last minute changes in plan we found ourselves with a long weekend in London to see friends, visit galleries, and ponder just how ridiculously rich people living in the Richmond/Ham/Kingston area really are.

No photos of incredible artistic merit taken, but a couple of nice shots taken on our wanderings.

Photo comp

It would appear that the season for photo competitions is here.  Following a few days with the meerkats in South Africa last November, I was blessed to get what I consider a couple of good shots.  I'd be really interested to hear your opinions on these, and if you have a chance any of the others on my website:
